Vicki Kaiser's Recommendations

Vicki Kaiser of SRG Properties was our real estate agent in the sale of our home in Anaheim Hills.  She not only assisted with pre-questions before it went on the market but did a full analysis of the home with great ideas about staging and timing.  She gave us the option of moving out prior to putting it on the market.  After careful deliberation, my husband and I decided to move out prior.

She was there with answers from early November until we left town on 1/29, and all through the process which ended 3/19.  And we were, by then 2,000 miles away!  Once we were gone, she worked tirelessly on making sure our home was up to safety code, taking care of all the testing and installs of, for instance, CO2 and fire alarms, water heater straps.   Plus getting quotes from termite and drywall repair companies.  It was put on the market on February 8th, and she had two offers for us by the end of that same week for over our asking price.  It officially sold for even more than that and we closed three days ago.

From start to finish, she was efficient, communicative and pleasant to work with.  We would recommend her highly.  What is necessary to put a home on the market, field offers, work with inspectors and prospective buyers is a monumental job.  We were glad to have her on our side.  Thank you, Vicki Kaiser!
